Client Overview

Latinas in Beauty is a nonprofit organization committed to fostering the advancement of Latina women within the beauty industry by providing community, advocacy, resources, and education to help them achieve their professional and entrepreneurial goals. Their vision is a beauty industry where Latinas are equitably represented across all sectors, from leadership positions to creative roles, fostering an environment where their talents and perspectives flourish and contribute to a truly inclusive industry. Founded by beauty executive and DEI advocate Emily Perez, the organization is reshaping an industry and inspiring future generations of Latinas to pursue their passions without limitations.

The Challenge

Launching a new nonprofit requires more than passion. It requires visibility, trust, and proof of impact from day one. Latinas in Beauty was preparing for their official launch event at Negroni Café in Beverly Hills, a gathering designed to bring together Latina entrepreneurs, beauty industry leaders, and supporters. They needed a media partner who could capture the energy, emotion, and mission of the evening in a way that would extend far beyond the event itself.
