Capturing the Essence of a Women’s Empowerment Event in LA: Woman in Bloom by Sunrais Health
When Dr. Rajinder Rai of Sunrais Health hosted Woman in Bloom—a one-day event centered on hormonal health and menopause—it wasn’t just another conference. It was a space where women finally felt heard.
Held at the Westlake Village Inn in Westlake Village in the Greater Los Angeles Area, the day focused on the kinds of conversations that often happen behind closed doors: hormone changes, identity shifts, and the mental load that comes with midlife.
Solhaus Media had the honor of capturing the event through both documentary-style photography and event video, with an intentional focus on connection, presence, and truth.
Documenting the Full Spectrum of Women’s Health Conversations
From breathwork and beauty breakout tables to hormone education panels and a special screening of The M Factor documentary, Woman in Bloom created room for powerful dialogue and reflection.
The event featured panel tracks on:
Hormonal health + menopause
Branding and storytelling
Financial empowerment (this was definitely a popular one!)
Beauty and self-image
Many attendees expressed relief—just hearing these topics addressed publicly, in community, was a major shift from the silence many had experienced in the past.
What We Captured (And Why It Matters)
As always, our team was intentional. We captured multiple angles of every speaker, ensuring that no one walked away with “just one shot.”
Our coverage included:
Full recordings and photos of each panel and speaker
Candid interactions between attendees, guests, and wellness experts
B-roll video clips for each speaker, formatted for social media use
Close-ups, wide shots, and speaker expressions that felt true to the moment
This sizzle reel captures the energy, emotion, and impact of Woman in Bloom—a wellness event in Los Angeles focused on hormonal health, menopause, and meaningful connection. From expert panels and breakout tables to hugs, laughter, and quiet moments of reflection, this video showcases what it felt like to be in the room.
Shot and produced by Solhaus Media, this event video includes scenes from speaker sessions, sponsor activations, and intimate attendee interactions. It’s a true reflection of what happens when women’s health is honored in community—and when it’s documented with care.
Every speaker received a mini library of usable, beautiful media—because visibility matters.
We also focused on the non-verbal moments: the hugs, eye contact, notes being taken, hands being held. This is where emotional resonance lives—and these are the visuals that truly support a brand’s long-term message.
Every sponsor also received photos of their booth setups and meaningful interactions with attendees—because their presence and support deserved to be documented with intention too.
And lastly, we pulled aside several attendees for on-camera testimonials, capturing authentic reactions to the experience and why this event felt different. These soundbites are a powerful asset for organizers who want to grow future events with social proof and story-driven content.
Why Photo + Video Are Essential for Wellness Event Organizers
If you’re hosting a wellness or empowerment event, you already know it’s about more than logistics. You’re holding space for people to feel seen, understood, and changed. Your photo and video assets need to reflect that.
That’s where we come in.
Solhaus Media creates event visuals with both empathy and efficiency—capturing what actually happened and giving you the tools to share that story again and again, long after the room clears out.
Behind the Lens (and the Dinner Table)
Solhaus Media photographer Jen Vazquez and video assistant Angela Treviño helped bring this vision to life—and we were grateful to see familiar faces, including sponsors Monina Wright of Moderne Beauty and Velia Ramson of Velia Beauty Co.
After the last panel ended, our team gathered with our friends and other fellow vendors over dinner at the Westlake Village Inn. Conversations kept flowing—about health, business, creativity, boundaries. These weren’t just clients; these were collaborators and community.
