SF Bay Area Brand Video Production for Business Coach Rebecca Cafiero

Whenever this beauty steps in front of our camera, it’s a front-row seat to inspiration and motivation.

Rebecca Cafiero is a business coach for six- and seven- figure business owners looking to gain more visibility in their businesses using PR.

Rebecca Cafiero: The SF Bay Area Personal Brand

While Rebecca has a massive library of videos that speak to her business, The Pitch Club, she knew that with all of her ventures outside of that container, she needed a video that spoke to her personal brand as Rebecca Cafiero.

This would help her with goals such as securing more speaking engagements, facilitating more workshops, and having an identity outside of her business brand.

Prompts vs. Scripts in a Branding Video

We usually use scripts when shooting brand videos for our clients, but sometimes we lean on prompts rather than something pre-written.

Some of our clients have a lot of experience speaking in front of cameras, so instead of constraining them to a script, I’ll prompt them while we’re shooting.

Many of the questions are similar to the ones I’d be asking during a planning call, however, prompting also gives me the ability to tug at some threads if I feel like we’re on the verge of a great soundbyte, or a piece of the story that wasn’t initially shared.

Prompting does have its downfalls sometimes though – even the most comfortable on-camera clients may miss important talking points if they’re not written out and visible while we’re recording. This is why I will send the prompts to my clients ahead of our shoot so we can make sure that we touch on everything during their shoot.

A Dream Team Collaboration

Before Solhaus Media came to be, I used to pride myself on being a one-woman show. But having a team on set doesn’t only make things easier – it makes everything more fun as well!

For fashion styling, we had Nicole Gibbons of Abby Young Styling on set. Nicole prepared Rebecca’s looks by steaming and laying them out so that Rebecca could make quick outfit changes.

For hair and makeup, Michelle Montes of Michelle Montes Makeup & Artistry, and Monina Wright of Moderne Beauty, were working hard to glam Rebecca up and keep her face fresh throughout the shoot.

And lastly, Lisa Whalen of Lisa Whalen Photography was the woman behind the photos for Rebecca’s shoot, one of which you can see in the thumbnail for the final brand video below.

Conclusion

Going with the flow, community and collaboration were the driving forces behind this brand shoot. We created a beautiful brand video for Rebecca that told her story and can be distributed for a multitude of different uses versus just one – and that’s what we’re all about here. More bang for your buck!
